• Confirm the minutes of the last AGM and of any special general meeting held since that meeting.
• Receive committee reports on activities of the Group during the previous financial year.
• Elect or appoint office bearers and ordinary committee members.
• Receive and consider the groups financial statements.
• In addition the AGM will conduct any other business of which notice has been given to the members.

Presenter: Timm O’Regan Ceramic Artist. The workshop will focus on hand building techniques.
There are only 12 positions available so be quick to respond.
Cost: $35 for Financial Members, $50 for non Members

Please join us for creative endeavours, fun and chats. Work on your own project or the brief talk about our 2020 Theme: ‘PERCEPTIONS’ with comments and input from all. Followed by Exercise(s) as an examples of our theme with Pam.
Provided: paper/ canvas / water colour paper.

Hopefully this theme discussion and exercise will be from 10am to morning tea....... we look forward to sharing the viewpoints expressed and hope you will take part in the exercise which will conclude with a sharing critique (as opposed to criticism which have clear differences) Many ways to approach our theme.
