• Confirm the minutes of the last AGM and of any special general meeting held since that meeting.
• Receive committee reports on activities of the Group during the previous financial year.
• Elect or appoint office bearers and ordinary committee members.
• Receive and consider the groups financial statements.
• In addition the AGM will conduct any other business of which notice has been given to the members.
