What you will learn:
Explore the bold and graphic nature of linoblock printing. Participants will learn how to transfer a design to a piece of lino, prepare lino blocks, cut an image, prepare paper and print a limited edition. Printing will be done both by hand and using a small press. Various methods of printing will be explored.
Methods of cutting, inking and rolling-up, and registration techniques to produce a lino block, as well as adding colour to print, will also be taught.

Sat 7th/Sun 8th October 2017, 10am - 4pm, 'White Waratah Workshops', Balmoral

Create beautiful prints with this non-toxic printmaking technique using light-sensitive plates and take home a small portfolio of unique prints. A Wollondilly Arts Group workshop, subsidised by Wollondilly Shire Council.
Cost: $60 WAG members, $75 non-members

Wollondilly Arts Group Inc. (WAG) is a not-for-profit community organization based in the Wollondilly Shire, Southern Highlands of New South Wales, Australia.
