Saturday 9th June 1.00pm to 4.00pm Creative Get Together: MENTOR Julie Hodges, Subject Camellia Sprays in a Dark-Box with Overhead Spot Light

The set up of  a floral spray in a dark-box with a directional spot light from above, will give us a chance to paint or draw the subject with a DARK BACKGROUND. Julie will be painting the subject in Oils but any medium at all will highlight the subject with its high and low lights. Julie will set up at 12.00, so arrive any time from then and work at your own pace.Or you may choose to work on your own project as usual. Venue is the Scout Hall in Thirlmere, New Members Welcome. Saturday 14th January 2012 1.00pm to 4.00pm Wollondilly Arts Group, Creative Get Together Drawing with Jody

An enjoyable afternoon of Drawing. Jody will be be setting up a still life and perhaps some botanical items for us to draw.  Bring plenty of paper, big and small, with a board for support and a table easel if you have one. Drawing materials: your pencils, charcoal, pastels, pen and ink or whatever you like to use. Painting is also an option.

You are also welcome to do your own thing in any medium. $3.00 members $5.00 non-members. Venue is at the Scout Hall in Thirlmere, at the far end of Mason...

Wollondilly Arts Group Inc. (WAG) is a not-for-profit community organization based in the Wollondilly Shire, Southern Highlands of New South Wales, Australia. Our group has been operating since 2004 in which time we have been supporting artists and lobbying for a dedicated community space, a home for our group, to provide a permanent meeting place, workshop and gallery space.
